The director or an appointed assistant will meet our client/s at the airport, and move on to a hotel in the city center. However the client/s can drive all the way to a hotel nearest to the route in question..

The client/s will cater for the meals at the hotel/s during the first and last days. R.W.E. will clear the rest on pre- arranged terms.
   On the second day, the group drives to Mt. Kenya by matatu, meet the porters and later transfer to four-wheel drive car/s, and drive up to the park gate (alt. 2950 m).

We will, on request, arrange for accommodation and provide any additional porters. All communal equipment is to be carried by porters plus 11 kg. of the client/s’ load.
   The fist day is to be spent at the park gate to allow good acclimatization.
