      TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HIRE:
1. Mountain/ hiking gear hired out must be returned,
    failure a replacement/s is the only alternative.

2. The hirer is expected to take great care to the items
     that he hires.

3. The hirer will cater for all damages inflicted on the item/s,

agreeable on the basis of the extent of the damage caused.

4. A security equivalent to the current value of the hired    

item/s is to be paid before taking the item/s (it is refundable).

5. All or part of the total cost of the hired item/s is to be    

 paid at the time of hiring.

 6. The hirer is expected to pay the amount quoted and
charged at the time of hire, even if he does not use the                                       

item/s i.e. a daily rate is to be charged on gear as long as they are in your person.

7. An additional fee is to be charged on any extra day that                   

the hirer keeps the gear, plus a fine of 15% of the daily - tagged price.
